Metacaulk® Firestop System

Metacaulk® is a comprehensive passive fire protection system manufactured by RectorSeal, designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and hot gases through penetrations and joints in fire-rated walls and floors. The product range includes firestop sealants, intumescent wraps, collars, mortars, putties, pillows, and accessories suitable for a wide range of construction applications.

Metacaulk® systems are UL-listed and tested in accordance with international standards such as UL 1479 and UL 2079, providing up to 4-hour fire resistance ratings. The products are widely used in commercial buildings, hospitals, residential towers, industrial facilities, and data centers to maintain compartmentation integrity and enhance life safety.

The system is recognized for its ease of installation, high intumescent performance, flexibility, and compatibility with various service penetrations including metallic and plastic pipes, electrical cables, cable trays, conduits, and construction joints.
