Handover documentation: the file that protects you after the project ends.

Lina Bukhari10 April 20261 min read

The handover file is the project’s memory. Months later, it is the only thing that proves what was built and how.

A project does not end at practical completion. Questions arrive months later — about a penetration, a finish, a joint — and the handover file is the only thing that can answer them.

We structure the file the way the questions come: by location, with the approved drawing, the product certification, the test report, and dated photographs for each.

A complete handover file is the cheapest insurance a project buys. It turns a dispute into a five-minute lookup.
