ATLANTIS successfully delivered the supply and installation of PROMATECT®-H Fireboard passive fire protection systems for the Shura Island Infrastructure Project, with a primary focus on fire-rated shaft wall closures and compartmentation works. The scope included sealing and protecting vertical and horizontal service shafts to maintain the integrity of fire-rated barriers and prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and hot gases between building compartments.

PROMATECT®-H is a non-combustible calcium silicate fire protection board specifically engineered for high-performance fire-resistant constructions. The board offers excellent dimensional stability, moisture resistance, and durability, making it suitable for both interior and semi-exposed environments. It provides fire resistance ratings of up to 240 minutes, depending on the system configuration, while maintaining structural integrity under extreme fire conditions.

The installation was carried out in strict accordance with approved shop drawings, manufacturer recommendations, and international fire safety standards, ensuring seamless integration with MEP services and surrounding architectural finishes. Through precise execution and rigorous quality control, ATLANTIS delivered a robust and reliable passive fire protection solution that enhances life safety, preserves compartmentation integrity, and supports the long-term resilience of the Shura Island infrastructure.
